Product Consultant, Educator, Presenter
Hey there! I'm Kaylie, a strategic, senior product expert with over 11 years experience.
I specialise in digital transformation; helping to define, deliver and optimise digital products across a broad range of industries.

As an experienced people, product and project manager I absolutely love motivating people, influencing and inspiring new ways of thinking. I also tend to break out into random bursts of song, which normally helps bring a smile and motivate the teams I'm working with. At least that's what they tell me!

With 30 years experience in performing for an audience I'm also a confident educator, coach, event presenter and voice over artist. Might be where the singing bit comes from too!

As a Digital Product and Optimisation Manager I have worked as both a consultant and in-house across a variety of industries, including: Media, Retail, Software, Insurance, Restaurant, Travel, Financial, Charities and Government.
I specialise in: Agile ways of working, data strategy, roadmap and backlog prioritisation, product vision creation, quantitative and qualitative insight methods, measurement frameworks, A/B and multivariate testing, personalisation, and customer retention strategies.
I'm passionate about developing people, having been a manager and mentor for the past 14 years.
Since February 2021 I have been an Instructor Associate for the consumer and enterprise Product Management courses at General Assembly.
I also offer mentoring and coaching services for those interested in all aspects of product management, experimentation / CRO, data and insight strategies

Performing is in my blood, having performed in numerous amateur productions since the age of 10.
I now channel this love of the stage through my voice. Having been the voice of the LV= Star Awards in 2018 and 2019, I'm now also available for speaking at events, and both commercial and corporate voice overs.
